Management of the dike areas
Our sheep manage the dike areas. They keep the grass short, promote biodiversity, and leave valuable organic fertilizer behind, while also contributing to natural soil stabilization. This combines effective flood protection with sustainable landscape management, completely without noise and emissions.
Recycling of food leftovers
Our employees can take surplus food to promote sustainable consumption. If there is any leftover food, we raise pigs that are fed with unusable food scraps.
Workshops at the Marienhof
We offer workshops for adults and children to impart knowledge about sustainable agriculture, animal husbandry, and ecological issues. Through hands-on experiences, we create a deeper awareness of sustainable business practices and healthy nutrition.
